Grundtvig Parcerias: "Promover hábitos de saúde na idade adulta" - 2º Encontro, Alemanha

De 11 a 15 de março de 2013, no âmbito das Parcerias Grundtvig, o parceiro da Alemanha Ländliche Erwachsnenbildung Niedersachsen e.V. preparou um conjunto de atividades relacionas com a melhoria das competências na área da saúde da população adulta. No início os participantes foram recebidos pelo Presidente da região de Grafschaft Bentheim, o Dr. Kethorn, que nos explicou a divisão administrativa da Alemanha e da região que preside, em específico, as áreas de intervenção e o processo de desenvolvimento e crescimento regional. Posteriormente, visitámos a instituição parceira, LEB que se situa na região de Nordhorn, onde tivemos a oportunidade de realizar uma reunião de projeto, apresentámos os projetos desenvolvidos em todos os países parceiros, até ao momento, e participámos num workshop relacionado com a mobilidade de pessoas idosas, da responsabilidades das formandas de um curso qualificação “Fachhelferin in der Pflege” (curso de qualificação em auxiliar de cuidados de saúde), em que percorremos as ruas da cidade com equipamentos específicos adaptados às dificuldades motoras dos idosos, com o intuito de reconhecer as dificuldades com que as pessoas portadoras de deficiência, doentes ou incapacitados se deparam no seu dia a dia.

Durante a reunião de projeto, os parceiros discutiram as atividades a desenvolver para os próximos meses, os produtos a apresentar e a avaliação a realizar.

Visitámos algumas instituições de acolhimento de seniores, como a “Am Rovenkamp” e um dia inteiro foi dedicado ao tema Salutogenesis, envelhecer com qualidade de vida, de forma ativa, participando na sociedade e evitando o isolamento social, em que o doutor Burkhard Kastenbutt nos agraciou com um seminário interessantíssimo e a reflexão em grupo das mais valia deste tipo de iniciativas. A reunião de projeto contemplou também visitas a empresas e culturais, tais como: a empresa “Ems-Achse (empresa responsável pela criação de parcerias entre vários países europeus, no sentido de promover o emprego e que manifestou interesse em criar parcerias com Portugal e Roménia) e a empresa de construção naval “Meyer-Werft” e visitámos a região de “Emsland” (em Niedersachsen, junto ao rio Ems).

From 11th March to 15th March 2013, on the behalf of the Grundtvig meeting, the Germany partner Ländliche Erwachsnenbildung Niedersachsen e.V. prepared the activities related with Improving health skills in adult life. At the beginning of the staying all participants were greeted by the administrative head of the Grafschaft Bentheim, Dr. Kethorn. After a detailed getting to know of the regional facts, the participants had the opportunity to know the work of the LEB in the BIZ Nordhorn. Next, together with the pupils of the qualifying “Fachhelferin in der Pflege” (qualified employee in health care/nursing auxiliary) the partners went for a short stroll through the city centre of Nordhorn under special circumstances, specially wearing clothes to special needs, with a suit which imitated the feeling of living with an old body and using some equipment to support disable senior people. The colleagues of the respective countries were making brand new experiences and they saw the difficulties with which elderly people have to do in their every-day-life and with which they have to live. Following, the partners presented their projects, discussed ideas and planned all the activities for the following months. During the week, we visited the old people home “Am Rovenkamp”. One all day was dedicated to the theme of a specialist conference “Ressourcenstärkung und älter werden” (strengthening resources and getting older). With the lecturer doctor Burkhard Kastenbutt could be acquired an expert for this subject. In this day, the almost 50 participants were able to reflect the lecture once more and to convert it on her individual situation. With it highlights the parallels between the individual states, but the differences too. We reflected about getting older with quality of life, being active, participating in the community and avoiding isolation. We participated in a photo workshop too with the purpose of "looking to old things and expressing emotions, comparing them with our lives". We made some cultural visits too, thus we visited the “Emsland” (the region in Niedersachsen around the river Ems), the “Meyer-Werft” (a ship-yard) as well we had a meeting with the responsible of the project “Ems-Achse” impress, so it became interesting conversations and e-mail addresses were exchanged, because a further cooperation was welcomed between this employee enterprise and the partners for the future cooperation, as Romenia and Portugal report a high jobless rate, whereas in the regions within the “Ems-Achse” is searching for qualified employees.
